ARIS® Airless Return Flow Systems

Urea Injection SCR Applications

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is a process to convert nitrogen oxides (NOx) into nitrogen (N2), CO2 and water, with the help of a catalyst. Urea is added to the hot exhaust stream, liberating ammonia which reacts over a catalyst to remove NOx. Clean Diesel’s SCR solution reduces up to 90+% of NOx and meets US 2010 and Euro 6 / VI standards.

Our ARIS return flow system is the most versatile and robust method of urea injection for emission control. It avoids premature fouling and failure, as well as degradation of urea and ammonia release – even in passenger car applications. Clean Diesel’s return flow injector cooling technology is acknowledged to be a safe and reliable method preferred for all SCR applications.
